With his expert guidance, Bewley Homes have secured reserve matters approval on their latest development. The 70 new homes in Equestrian Walk, Arborfield Green, Berkshire were green-lighted in just six months from first instruction.
It’s fantastic to see this beautiful site in the picturesque Kent village of Horsmonden coming forwards with Esquire Development, in conjunction with Reside Developments. Having acted for the landowners and assisted in gaining the original planning consent, the Mclaren Clark Consultancy Land & Planning team can’t wait to see the 17 stunning new homes at The Foundry come out of the ground.
It was one small step for the MCC project management team and one massive milestone for the North Street Quarter in Lewes, East Sussex as the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) approved detailed plans for development phases 2 and 3.
Kevin Mackenzie, who heads up MCC’s in-house project management team, acted as project director to secure further planning success for a vibrant, mixed use neighbourhood to regenerate the area around North Street and the Phoenix Industrial Estate, and reconnect it to the heart of Lewes.
