New faces at MCC
Dan McLaren-Clark • June 5, 2019

As we head towards our 20th year in 2020, these are exciting times at The McLaren Clark Consultancy.
With a wealth of new projects rolling through the door, we welcome into our land & planning team not one but two new land managers, Taylor Mansfield, and Jack Forrest.
“It is always great to realise you have a reached a stage where you need to increase the capacity of your team. As a family company, we choose all new employees very carefully to make sure they fully grasp what makes MCC special.”
Former Harlequins U18s player, Jack has most recently been working as a negotiator for Winkworth Estate Agents.
Taylor joins MCC from the New Homes Team at Henry Adams.
Taylor and Jack will primarily work alongside Will in the land & planning department at MCC. As part of their ongoing training, they will also develop their skills and knowledge with MCC’s other in-house teams; development consultancy and project management.

This week we would usually be hosting our annual lunch for Clients in London. For obvious reasons we will be having a fallow year in 2020, but look forward to once again sharing more fun, laughter and a few too many drinks with you all when it’s safe to do so. For now, take care, look after one another and keep smiling. Will

"I have worked on many development projects alongside MCC for over 20 years, as have many of my colleagues. MCC are a well connected, niche development consultancy who definitely 'punch above their weight'. MCC genuinely add real value to the client experience when they are part of the project delivery team and I have recommended many clients to MCC over the years. Without exception, the feedback from mutual clients has been highly complimentary which is testament to both the professionalism of MCC and the level of service they offer. If you are looking for a discrete, professional and reputable team MCC definitely fit the bill.” Mark Grant , Partner - Moore Barlow LLP

It’s fantastic to see this beautiful site in the picturesque Kent village of Horsmonden coming forwards with Esquire Developments , in conjunction with Reside Developments. Having acted for the landowners and assisted in gaining the original planning consent, The McLaren Clark Consultancy Land & Planning team can’t wait to see the 17 stunning new homes at The Foundry come out of the ground.
