Shopwyke Lakes is a previously developed site of 80 acres located on the eastern side of Chichester. The site has planning permission for 585 units plus a neighbourhood centre, sports pitches and community buildings.
MCC acted for landowner/promoter Hanbury Properties advising on mix & product optimisation pre-planning, as well as assisting during the subsequent site disposal process. The development is now well underway with CALA Homes.
