Background

Following grant of outline planning consent for 45 dwellings, MCC were appointed by the landowners to market , negotiate and sell the entire land. A technically challenging site, MCC provided assistance to the landowners in assessing and negotiating abnormal costs with the Purchaser. MCC also assisted the landowner’s lawyer in working through and successfully completing a highly complicated conveyance. Redrow Homes completed the purchase of the site in July 2020.
