The MCC in-house project management team provides specialist advice, guidance and support throughout the complex planning process.

The team’s expertise covers sites ranging from niche developments to large-scale developments with challenging planning, technical, legal, or commercial requirements.

Kevin Mackenzie, who heads up project management at MCC, brings to the team 26 years experience, latterly at director level with Linden Homes.

With 22 years of MRICS accreditation, Kevin uses his expert knowledge of land acquisition and the planning process to expertly assess planning merits, identify planning opportunities and to guide clients through every stage of the process.

We regularly provide specialist management for projects requiring liaison with multiple stakeholders, including district councils, national parks authorities, town and parish councils, as well as local working groups.

Kevin can also appoint, manage and lead professional consultants to help deliver planning permission that optimises the development potential of any site.
