We have a solid record of success and we are delighted to announce on behalf of our clients and our team the completion of two sites , Manor Road, Selsey (193 units) and Drove Lane, Yapton (300 units).

A trip down memory lane...

As such, we were instrumental in VIVID’s fantastic new partnership with Bargate Homes.

New faces at MCC

As we head towards our 20th year in 2020, these are exciting times at The McLaren Clark Consultancy.

With a wealth of new projects rolling through the door, we welcome into our land & planning team not one but two new land managers, Taylor Mansfield, and Jack Forrest.

Former Harlequins U18s player, Jack has most recently been working as a negotiator for Winkworth Estate Agents.

Taylor joins MCC from the New Homes Team at Henry Adams.

Taylor and Jack will primarily work alongside Will in the land & planning department at MCC. As part of their ongoing training, they will also develop their skills and knowledge with MCC’s other in-house teams; development consultancy and project management.
