Meet the team
An experienced team - professional, independent and dynamic
Chris joined the business in 1964 running a successful estate agency for 15 years. He subsequently entered the new homes sector working for a number of agencies across Southern England and the Midlands at director level, before identifying the niche that MCC now occupies. His roles within the company centre on client liaison and strategic land negotiation.
Prior to joining MCC in 2001, Dan worked for Bryant Homes and Taylor Woodrow. Now after 15 years at MCC he is at the forefront of development consultancy, advising most of the plc house builders, as well as housing associations, local authorities and landowners. His reports are considered the industry standard and reflect his passionate & professional work ethic.
Having joined MCC in 2003 Will now runs the land department. He currently manages a land portfolio of over 40 sites across 6 counties, equating to approximately 5,000 acres and 7,500 plots. Involved in both immediate and strategic sites, Will is dealing with a number of large allocations in excess of 1,000 units as well as multiple land sales each year of between 25-400 units and confidential land trades.
With a wealth of experience, Tony has been in the new homes industry for over 25 years having worked at director level with Millwood Designer Homes, as well as sales & marketing related roles with Octagon, Royalton, Bellway Homes, Linden Homes and Crest Nicholson. Tony forms an integral part of the Development Consultancy team, providing a range of services to our clients.
Kevin joined the team in 2016 bringing nearly 25 years’ experience of acquiring land and securing planning permissions at director level for both private and plc house builders throughout South London and the Home Counties. A qualified RICS Planning and Development Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years, Kevin brings considerable professionalism and expertise to the team.
Taylor joined MCC from Henry Adams, where she developed her role as a sales negotiator in the new development sector and worked on social media marketing. All of Taylor's previous roles helped her build the skills needed to succeed in our dynamic, competitive industry. Taylor always puts her clients first. While mainly focusing on land & planning, she will also be working across all MCC departments.
Jack, who joined MCC from Winkworth Estate Agents, learnt the industry from the ground up. His passion for land and development drove Jack to seek a role where he can expand his experience in land & planning. He will also work with our development consultancy and project management teams. Jack’s deadline-driven, organisational expertise is valued by clients – and rugby teammates. He has played for Sussex, Harlequins and Wales.
